Michael Toxvaerd

Michael Toxvaerd is a co-founder and Executive Director at Nightcap Plc since January 2021 and has been an investor in various companies including Craft Clubs, Credit Kudos, Secret Spa, Feast It, The London Cocktail Club, and TONKOTSU. As a member of the Advisory Board of the Bettany Centre for Entrepreneurship at Cranfield School of Management since November 2019, Michael contributes to entrepreneurial development. Previously, Michael served as Non-executive Director at Rasmala and Chief Investment Officer at HBG Holdings, focusing on private equity in the UK and GCC. Michael holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Cranfield University, completed in September 2004.
