Lucy McCarey

Lucy McCarey has extensive experience in sales and operations, currently serving as the Regional Sales Lead at Too Good To Go since September 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing sales efforts in the North and developing new partnerships. Prior experience includes leading a Sales Development Team at Deliveroo, where Lucy drove team growth and exceeded restaurant sign-up targets. Lucy has also worked as an Operations Assistant at Kimberley Air Tours, a Customer Service Account Executive at Univar, and a Duty Manager at Capita, demonstrating a strong foundation in client relations and team management. Initially starting as a Barista at Starbucks and a Customer Service Representative at Telefónica, Lucy holds a degree in English Language from Sheffield Hallam University.
