Victor Plange serves as the Head of Marketing for North America at Too Good To Go since May 2021, where responsibilities include leading the marketing team across the US and Canada and launching the company in Canada. Prior to this role, Victor held various leadership positions at The LEGO Group from September 2011 to May 2019, including Head of Marketing for Singapore & Malaysia and Head of Marketing for Emerging Asia, where strategic marketing initiatives led to significant consumer growth and multiple awards, including three Cannes Silver Lions. Victor's career began with roles at the Royal Danish Consulate General and Telia Mobile Denmark, complemented by internships that provided foundational experience in marketing.
