Yuliia Drobot

Yuliia Drobot has extensive work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Yuliia is currently the CEO and Co-founder of Toogeza, a Ukrainian recruiting company focused on building teams for tech startups worldwide. Prior to this role, Yuliia was the Talent Acquisition Lead at Roosh, a Kyiv-based tech company that develops innovative products and invests in ambitious ideas. Yuliia also worked as a Lecturer at Hillel IT School and volunteered as a Mentor at Women Who Code. Yuliia has experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Levi9 Ukraine, where they conducted full-cycle recruitment for professionals in Java, Python, and PHP. Yuliia also worked as a Recruiting Specialist at Digital Chain Agency and held positions as a Recruiting & Adaptation Specialist at Govitall.com and 4Service Company.

Yuliia Drobot completed their Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the National University of Food Technologies from 2011 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including "Leading Teams: Developing as a Leader" from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in March 2023, "Competency-based Interview" from Hurma System in April 2022, "Workshop and testing 'Your behavior, motives and emotional intelligence' by Oksana Smilka" from People First Club in August 2021, and "Подтверждающий сертификат 'Обучение в Летней школе - Украина 2014' в Щецинском Университете (Польша)" from Щецинский Университет, Кафедра Экономики и Менеджмента in September 2014.
