Harsh Sarda

Harsh Sarda has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Harsh is currently employed at Tookitaki as a Senior Applied Data Scientist since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Applied Data Scientist at Tookitaki from November 2020 to December 2021.

In 2017, Harsh was self-employed and actively participated in Data Science Competitions across various platforms as a Competitive Data Scientist. Harsh achieved notable success, including securing the 1st rank in the Janatahack: Independence Day 2020 ML Hackathon on Analytics Vidhya.

From 2019 to 2020, Harsh worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Data Scientist in Wholesale Credit Risk Strategy Analytics.

Earlier in their career, Harsh served as a Data Scientist at Monsoon CreditTech from February 2018 to August 2019. During this time, they developed an AutoML framework based on Genetic Programming and Bayesian Optimization, significantly reducing modeling time. Harsh also implemented Explainable AI (XAI) to make machine learning models more interpretable and transparent.

Prior to their data science roles, Harsh worked as an IT Manager at Axis Bank from July 2017 to January 2018. Harsh also gained experience as a Data Analytics & MIS Intern at ixigo.com in 2016.

In 2015, Harsh held research internships at Arihant Capital Markets Ltd, Tata Chemicals, and Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd, where they gained exposure to technical research, food science & technology, and performed summer internship tasks, respectively.

Harsh Sarda started their education at Sri Satya Sai Vidya Vihar in Indore in 1998 and completed their secondary school education there in 2010. Harsh then attended Shri Gujarati Samaj B.Ed. College in Indore from 2010 to 2012, where they pursued a senior secondary school degree with a focus on PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics).

In 2012, Harsh Sarda enrolled at the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi for a dual degree program. Harsh completed their B.Tech and M.Tech in Chemical Engineering at this institution between 2012 and 2017.

Later, in 2022, Harsh Sarda joined the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) for a one-year program. During this time, they pursued a postgraduate level advanced certification program in Deep Learning Foundations and Applications. The specific field of study for this program is not mentioned.
