Jayakumar K. has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years in various roles and industries. Jayakumar started their career as a Senior Planning Engineer at SAIPEM INDIA PROJECT LTD, where they were responsible for project planning and control for various engineering, procurement, construction, and manufacturing projects in the oil and gas and power sectors.

Jayakumar then joined GE Power Conversion as a Functional Consultant, where they were involved in pre-sales activities, requirement gathering, and implementation of Oracle Primavera EPPM software.

After that, Jayakumar worked at Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Techno Functional Consultant, leading the global rollout of Oracle Primavera EPPM in multiple continents. Jayakumar was also responsible for pre-sales activities, requirement gathering, implementation, change and release management, and end user support and training. Jayakumar led the Center of Excellence for Oracle EPPM in their role.

Jayakumar then moved to HCL Technologies as a Senior Consultant, where they worked with clients such as Vestas Wind Systems Ltd. Jayakumar led the global rollout and platform upgrade of Oracle Primavera EPPM, including architectural analysis, fit gap analysis, and requirements and technical design. Jayakumar was also responsible for implementation, administration, change and release management, and end user training and support.

Following their time at HCL Technologies, Jayakumar joined Discover Financial Services as a Project Manager in the AML & Compliance space. Jayakumar successfully delivered projects related to AML consent order remediation, AML system implementation, and AML tuning engagements. Their notable achievements include developing an investigation tool for FIU & KYC teams that significantly reduced investigative time and increased productivity.

Most recently, Jayakumar worked at Tookitaki, where they held two roles. As an Engagement Manager, they served as the key point of contact between Tookitaki and various client teams, ensuring high client satisfaction. Jayakumar also coordinated and planned internal product releases and aligned client requirements with the company's product roadmap. In their subsequent role as a Lead Program Manager, Jayakumar managed a large team of individuals and successfully delivered client deliveries in the AML & Compliance space. Jayakumar also led PI Planning and the Agile Release Train as part of the SAFe agile methodology. Jayakumar aligned the product roadmap with organizational goals and drove success by adapting to changing priorities.
