Cipriana Thompson P.e., Ptoe

Cipriana Thompson, P.E., PTOE has worked in various roles throughout their career. Cipriana is currently the Mid-Atlantic Regional Operations Director at Toole Design Group. Prior to this, they owned and operated their photography company called Cipriana Thompson Photography, providing professional photography services. Cipriana also worked as a Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer at RK&K. In addition, they held positions at the Prince George's County Department of Permitting, Inspections and Enforcement, and the Prince George's County Department of Public Works & Transportation as a Chief and Traffic Engineer. Early in their career, they worked as a Traffic Engineer/Project Engineer at Sabra, Wang & Associates.

Cipriana Thompson, P.E., PTOE has a diverse educational background. Cipriana first attended Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University from 1995 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering at North Carolina State University from 2000 to 2002. In 2009, Cipriana enrolled in the Washington School of Photography and obtained a Professional Certificate in Photography in 2010.

In addition to their educational achievements, Cipriana has obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional qualifications. In December 2018, they received the Professional Engineer certification from the District of Columbia Occupational and Professional Licensing Administration. Cipriana is also certified as a Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the State of Maryland. Furthermore, they hold the certification of Professional Traffic Operations Engineer from the TRANSPORTATION PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION BOARD INC.
