David Shipps

David Shipps, AICP has extensive work experience in the field of urban planning. David currently serves as the Ohio Office Director at Toole Design Group since November 2017. Prior to this, David worked at TranSystems from 2002 to 2017, where they held the position of Assistant Vice President and Senior Environmental/Transportation Planner. David also gained valuable experience as a Planning Intern at the City of Dublin, OH from 2000 to 2002.

David Shipps, AICP pursued their education in a chronological order, starting with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Urban Planning from Ohio Wesleyan University. David attended this institution from 1995 to 1999. Following this, they enrolled at The Ohio State University from 2000 to 2002 and completed a Master of City and Regional Planning (MCRP) program, specializing in City and Regional Planning.
