Emily Koehle P.e., Ptoe

Emily Koehle, P.E., PTOE, is a seasoned transportation and traffic engineer with significant experience in project engineering. Since November 2016, Emily has been employed at Toole Design Group, where responsibilities include project engineering and traffic engineering. Prior experience includes serving as a Transportation Specialist at Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP from July 2014 to October 2016, and a role as a Transportation Engineering Student Researcher at Bucknell University, where Emily developed a sustainability rating system for shared use paths and authored a journal paper published in ASCE's Journal of Transportation Engineering. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University, earned in 2014.
