Hugh Kelley

Hugh Kelley is an experienced Geographic Information Systems Analyst at Toole Design Group since February 2020. Previous roles include Analyst at Ayco, a Goldman Sachs Company, from 2015 to 2018, where collaboration with Account Managers aided clients in achieving financial objectives using Goldman Sachs' investment platform. Hugh has also worked as an Intern at Gaotime, coordinating communication with Chinese and Japanese groups and synthesizing market news, and as an Equities Analyst at the Adirondack Small Cap Fund, where models for valuing small-cap companies supported investment decisions for a $200 million portfolio. Additional experience includes serving as an Economics Preceptor at Macalester College and an Economic Policy Intern for Jim Graves' congressional campaign. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Smart Cities and Urban Analytics from UCL and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Chinese from Macalester College, complemented by studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science and an International Baccalaureate from Albany High School.
