Kelsey Walker

Kelsey Walker, AICP, is a skilled urban planning professional currently serving as Project Planner II at Toole Design Group since October 2022. Previously, Kelsey held several positions at Traffic Engineers, Inc., including Principal Associate, Senior Associate, and Associate from May 2017 to September 2022. Kelsey's career began at the Kinder Institute for Urban Research at Rice University, where Kelsey worked as a Staff Researcher and Postbaccalaureate Fellow from September 2015 to April 2017. Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematical Economic Analysis from Rice University in May 2015.
