Niharika Kannan

Niharika Kannan is an experienced urban designer currently serving as Urban Designer III at Toole Design Group since June 2023. Previously, Niharika worked as Project Director - Urban Design at RIOS from July 2022 to July 2023 and held the position of Designer at KPF from September 2018 to August 2022. Niharika’s early career includes roles as Teaching Fellow at The Earth Institute, Columbia University, and Research Associate and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation in 2018. Niharika also worked as a Junior Architect at Sp+a and as an Architectural Intern at Mancini Enterprises Private Limited. Niharika holds a Master's degree in Urban Design from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Anna University Chennai. Niharika completed high school at Chettinad Vidyashram.
