Derek Meumann is a Customer Success Manager at Tooling U-SME since May 2016, responsible for managing accounts, onboarding clients, and providing product training while gathering customer feedback to influence product development. Previously, Derek held the position of Customer Success Associate at the same company, where duties included supporting client inquiries and assisting with the Learning Management System. Prior experience includes serving as a Billing Specialist for the City of Cleveland, Assistant General Manager at The Trailhead - A Lake Tahoe Lodge, Guest Service Agent at Vail Resorts, and Customer Support Specialist at Advatel. Derek earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, in 2013.
