Previously, LaDonna held the position of Training Development Leader at Ford Motor Company-MSX International, where responsibilities included assessing training needs and overseeing implementation plans. At Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, LaDonna worked as Diversity Coordinator, enhancing internal diversity initiatives and increasing membership in Employee Resource Networks by 40%. Early career experience includes serving as Diversity Analyst at Kelly Services, managing discrimination investigations and supporting training efforts. LaDonna holds a BBA in Management from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and an MBA in Management from Wayne State University.
