Etienne Luquet

Etienne Luquet is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Counsel for LATAM at Tools for Humanity since January 2025. Prior roles include Global Head of Regulatory Affairs at Bitso and In-House Counsel at Mexo. Luquet has extensive experience in constitutional law and regulatory affairs, having worked as the Encargado del Área de Derecho y Nuevas Tecnologías at DeForest Abogados® and as Coordinador de Pleno at the Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación, where responsibilities included managing constitutional controversies and related cases. Luquet has also served in various capacities at the Consejería Jurídica del Ejecutivo Federal, focusing on the defense of the Federation and the Government in legal matters. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School and a Licenciatura in Derecho from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
