Previously, Colt held roles including Senior Business Development Manager and National Sales Manager at LifeMade Products LLC, focusing on sustainable products and various sales channels. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Therabody, RP Sports, and Perfetti Van Melle, managing international development, strategic partnerships, and national accounts. Colt also has extensive experience from ConAgra Foods, fairlife, Coca-Cola Refreshments, and Buxton, where responsibilities spanned sales management, market development, and the establishment of strategic growth initiatives. Colt holds an MBA and a B.B.A. in Business Management from The University of Texas at Arlington.
