Manager Development Engineering And Infrastructure at Toowoomba Regional Council

Adam Gould has extensive experience in development engineering and infrastructure, currently serving as the Manager of Development Engineering and Infrastructure at Toowoomba Regional Council since October 2010. Adam has held various positions, including Acting Executive Manager and Principal Development Engineer, facilitating the assessment of development applications and managing significant flood modelling projects. Adam's expertise encompasses project management, community consultation, and infrastructure planning, with a focus on drainage systems and flood hazard studies. In addition to their role at the council, Adam is a part owner and operator of Hande Farm, specializing in the production of quality feeder cattle. Adam holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Southern Queensland and completed a Water Leadership Program at the International WaterCentre.
