Kai Ströder

Kai Ströder has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Kai started their career at Porsche AG as a Student Trainee & Intern in 2001 and later worked at Porsche Latin America, Inc. as an Intern in 2002. In 2004, they served as a Research Assistant at Fraunhofer IAO. From 2005 to 2009, they worked as a Research Fellow at the University of Stuttgart.

In 2009, Kai joined the ZEISS Group as a Project Manager for Strategic Corporate Development, and from 2011 to 2012, they served as a Senior Manager in the Field of Business Routine Diagnostics at Carl Zeiss Meditec AG. Kai then took on the role of Senior Manager for Product Program at the same company from 2011 to 2012.

In 2014, Kai joined Carl Zeiss Vision as a Senior Manager for Strategy Development, and from 2015 to 2018, they served as the Managing Director and Geschäftsführer at Carl Zeiss Smart Optics GmbH. During their time at Carl Zeiss Smart Optics GmbH, they were also the Director of Business Development from February to October 2015.

Since 2018, Kai has been working at tooz technologies GmbH. Kai initially started as the Managing Director, and in January 2021, they took on the role of CEO & Managing Director. tooz technologies GmbH is a joint venture between Deutsche Telekom AG and Carl Zeiss AG.

Kai Ströder has a Diploma in Technical Economics from the University of Stuttgart. Kai also holds a Doktor (Ph.D.) in Strategic Management from the same institution. The specific start and end years for these degrees were not provided.
