Banu Ozkaya-Akbay

Banu Ozkaya-Akbay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital innovation and supply chain transformation. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Toozlook since January 2021, Banu established a groundbreaking e-commerce platform for restaurant-made frozen meals, achieving impressive customer retention and brand recognition growth. Prior to this, Banu held various leadership roles at Supply Chain Wizard, LLC, where responsibilities included driving digital transformation projects for pharmaceutical clients, expanding strategic alliances in North America, and founding the SCW Academy. Additionally, Banu has experience as a Senior Consultant at Manhattan Associates and a Professional Services Consultant at QAD Inc., along with a background in supply chain engineering at United Technologies. Banu holds an MBA from Mercer University and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University.
