Linda Loving

Director Strategic Partnerships and Outreach at Top Box Foods

Linda Loving has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Linda began their career at Foresters Financial in 1999, where they served as a Senior Consultant. During their time there, Linda successfully reinvented the company's insurance non-profit fraternal side by implementing a comprehensive plan to build consensus and gain confidence from internal and external stakeholders.

In 2006, Linda joined the Casey House Foundation as the Interim Executive Director. In this role, their main responsibilities included creating strategic direction to stabilize the foundation, realigning leadership, and generating interest in the organization's mission. Linda also played a key role in restructuring fundraising initiatives and programs, identifying lapsed donors and reopening communications.

In 2010, Linda moved on to Catalyst Inc., where they served as a Senior Advisor in their first Chicago office. With their expertise and networking skills, Linda successfully built relationships with business, academic, and non-profit leaders, which raised the Catalyst brand and supported the recruitment of new members for the organization. Linda contributed significantly to expanding opportunities for women in business.

Most recently, Linda was the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Outreach at Top Box Foods, a social business focused on providing healthy and affordable food to communities with limited access. In this role, Linda made valuable connections and represented the organization to churches, community organizations, and key leaders, establishing Top Box Foods in various communities.

Throughout their career, Linda has consistently demonstrated their ability to create connections, build relationships, and drive positive change within organizations. Linda'sstrategic mindset and passion for mission-driven work make their a valuable asset to any team.

Linda Loving obtained their Bachelor's degree in Art History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, from 1963 to 1967.
