Moataz Fahmy is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and team leadership. Currently serving as the HR - Recruitment Team Leader at Top Business Group since March 2019, Moataz has effectively led the recruitment team, providing training and mentorship to enhance performance. Previously, at MEA Consulting & Engineering, Moataz held roles as Senior HR Specialist and IT Recruitment Specialist, managing the full recruitment cycle for various positions. Moataz began the career in customer service at ETISAL International Group and demonstrated early sales acumen as a Sales Executive and Manager Assistant at Les Dames. Moataz holds a Bachelor's degree in Information System Management from New Cairo Academy.
