Philippe Tellini

Philippe Tellini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public service and commercial leadership. Since March 2001, Philippe has held various roles at the Mairie de Boulogne-Billancourt, including Deputy Mayor responsible for urban policy, business, employment, building security, and budgetary economies. Philippe has also served as a municipal advisor for international relations. Concurrently, Philippe has been with Groupe TopChrono since October 2015, advancing from Director of Group Development to Director of Commercial Major Accounts and Public Affairs. Other notable positions include Referent for Hauts de Seine at UNE NOUVELLE ENERGIE, Counselor at the Conseil des Prud’hommes, and Vice President of the Syndicat National des Transports Légers. Philippe's past leadership roles include CEO at GOLD RACE and President of Festival 1er Regard. Philippe also contributed to regional governance as an intercommunal advisor within the Communauté d'Agglomération du Val de Seine and has academic experience as a professor at CIFCA École des Commerces de l'Alimentation.
