Tara Sehovic

Tara Sehovic is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as the Director and HR Business Partner at Top Hat since August 2021, Tara previously held roles at Fleet Complete, where Tara advanced from Manager to Human Resources Generalist, and at Envisage Engagement Technologies as Human Resources Manager. Earlier career steps included working as a Technical Recruiter at Tundra Technical Solutions and as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Softchoice. Tara also contributed as an HR Project Associate at Rich Brands LLC and worked as a bartender at Moxie's Classic Grill for several years. Tara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Psychology from the University of Guelph and a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic, supplemented by training as a Naturality Meditation Facilitator.
