Richard Shawn Reynolds

Richard Shawn Reynolds has been working in the IT and software engineering industry since 1993. Richard Shawn began their career as a Summer Intern with the Computer Science Department at James Madison University, where they created two software engineering modules for a new test taking approach. Richard Shawn then moved on to a Summer Intern role at the university's College of Integrated Science and Technology, where they created multimedia presentations. In 1996, they joined AOL, LLC. as a Principal QA Engineer and System Analyst, where they interfaced with technology and business units to formulate new usage, performance, and quality metrics. In 2008, they began working for Serco - North America as an Associate Patent Classifier, specializing in TC2126 classes 380, 700, 703, 705, 706, 707, 708, 709, 713, 714, 715, 717, and 726. In 2013, they were hired as an Information Systems Manager at E-N Computers, where they provided recurring dedicated onsite field support for 10 unique companies across 20 individual geographic locations. In 2019, they were hired as a Systems Manager and Microsoft Dynamic NAV Support at Bloomaker, where they coordinated with 3rd Party consultants to develop significant changes to Dynamics NAV 2017 environment to introduce full end-to-end CRM and ERP functionality. Richard Shawn currently works as the Director of Internal Operations for Top Notch Group.

Richard Shawn Reynolds received their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from James Madison University in 1996. Prior to that, they attended Spotswood High School from 1988 to 1992.
