Yip Hoong Mun

Mr. YIP was appointed as a non-executive director of the Company on 1 September 2017. He is now the Group Chief Operating Officer of Metro Holdings Limited (“MetroHoldings”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Metro Group”), a company listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited and a substantial shareholder (as defined in the Listing Rules) of the Company, and the Chief Executive Officer of Metro China HoldingsPte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Metro Holdings, since February 2017.
