Alessa Berg

Alessa Berg has had a successful career in various roles within the finance and investment industry. Starting as an intern analyst at Goldman Sachs in 2011, they then moved on to work as an analyst at The Blackstone Group from 2013 to 2014. Following this, they joined Mosaic Ventures as an associate in venture capital from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, they became a founding partner at The Maverick Group. In 2019, they founded their own company, Top Tier Impact, where they served as CEO. Most recently, they co-founded and served as the chair of ESG360° in 2022.

Alessa Berg completed their Bachelor's degree at the University of Zurich from 2007 to 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they pursued a Master's degree (MSc) at the University of Oxford.
