Tyler Schmetterer

Tyler Schmetterer is currently the Managing Partner at MOD X, a global strategy advisory and knowledge exchange network in the prefabricated and volumetric modular offsite construction industry. Tyler also serves as a Senior Advisor at EthicalFin and Sector Leader at Top Tier Impact. In addition, Tyler holds advisory positions at MOWEA GmbH and LATAM Passivhaus Institute. Tyler has a background in founding and leading sustainable housing ventures, as well as experience in international marketing and strategy development at companies like Verizon and MCI Communications. Tyler holds an MBA from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BA in Business & Psychology from Skidmore College.
