Currently serving as Claims Manager at Topa Insurance Company since 2008, Penelope has previously held similar managerial roles at NAICC - Danielson Insurance Company and has garnered extensive experience in claims through positions at USAA, Lancer Insurance Company, Hertz Claims Management, and Crawford and Company. Penelope holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from SUNY Geneseo and has furthered legal education at Glendale University College of Law.
