Dayana Larzabal

Dayana Larzabal has over 15 years of experience in human resources and talent management across multiple organizations in Latin America. Currently serving as the People & Culture Head at Topaz since October 2013, Dayana oversees various teams, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Communications, Culture, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning & Development. Previously, Dayana held the position of Human Resources Lead at Tata Consultancy Services and worked as a Talent Acquisition Analyst at Manpower Inc., focusing on recruitment and selection of personnel. Early in the career, Dayana served as the Leader of HR at Rótulo & Asociados and as a Labor Psychologist at Ametrano & Asociados, conducting vocational orientation workshops. Dayana holds a Postgraduate degree in Work Psychology and Organizations from Universidad Católica del Uruguay and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad de la República.
