Marius Vygantas

Marius Vygantas is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in real estate and capital partnerships. As Managing Partner at Topaz Capital Partners since August 2024, Marius focuses on conduit financing for mission-critical real estate in the US, collaborating with both public and private companies. Marius has served as Founding Principal at Soling Partners since January 2015, where insights and capital partnerships are developed for clients in the Middle East, securing $1.37 billion USD in funding as of February 2024. Additionally, Marius advises on Middle Eastern affairs for the Chicago Council on Global Affairs and has held various roles at Mubadala and the Dubai Development and Investment Authority. Marius started a career in finance as a summer analyst at Goldman Sachs and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago after earning degrees from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and Northwestern University.
