Victoria Lemmon

Victoria Lemmon began their career as a Consultant at Mercer Digital in June 2016 and worked their way up to become a Project Manager, overseeing multiple consultants and working with C-Suite executives to identify risks and best practices. Victoria then took on the role of Project Manager & Launch Delivery Leader, where they led the delivery practice for 'Launch' projects and developed new methodologies. In 2021, they joined United Safety & Survivability Corporation as a Business Development Manager, focusing on expanding into aerospace, marine, and electric vehicle markets. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Sales for Workday Customer Base in the East Region at TopBloc.

Victoria Lemmon obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Spanish from Princeton University in 2016. Victoria also received various certifications such as MBA Essentials from The London School of Economics and Political Science in 2018 and a Scrum Master Certification from Scrum Alliance in the same year. Additionally, they completed a Leadership Development Program from Temple University and a Mastering Innovation course from Wharton Executive Education in 2021. Victoria has continuously expanded their education and skills through various certifications.
