Charles Carluccio

Charles Carluccio currently serves as Corporate Counsel for Litigation and Construction Law at TopBuild since September 2025. Prior to this role, Charles was a Partner and Associate Attorney at Couch White, LLP from November 2020 to August 2025, and also served as a Commissioner for the Albany County Water Purification District from September 2022 to July 2025. Previous experience includes time as an Associate at Cohen Tauber Spievack & Wagner P.C. and as an Assistant District Attorney at the New York County District Attorney's Office, where Charles successfully tried multiple cases and handled a significant felony caseload. Charles began legal career as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Robert C. Billmeier in New Jersey Courts, after completing internships at the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office and the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office. Charles holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Haverford College.
