Melissa Rohland

Melissa Rohland, MBA, PE, PMP, currently serves as Senior Director of Operations at Topcon Positioning Systems, focusing on enhancing processes and technology for construction operations. Previously, in a joint venture with Topcon and Bentley, Melissa held the roles of Senior Director of Operations and Project Delivery, along with Director of Programs & Project Management, where responsibilities included strategic planning and project delivery assurance. Melissa's extensive background at Bentley Systems involved leadership in professional services, digital construction initiatives, and project management across various capacities. Earlier experience includes directing electric and water markets at Advantica, Inc., and managing construction at MATX, Inc. Melissa holds a BSCE in Civil Engineering, an MBA with a focus on Project Management, and a BA in Arts & Science, all from Lehigh University.
