Anne Menken-van Beusekom has a diverse work experience. Anne started their career at skon kinderopvang as a Stagiaire Facilitair Meldpunt & Beheer in 2008. Anne then worked as a Stagiaire for the Openbaar Ministerie, arrondissementsparket Midden Nederland in 2010, where they were involved in adviesrapportage verzuimbeleid. Since 2017, Anne has been working at TOPdesk. Anne started as a Business Consultant, assisting in sales and consultancy activities. In 2019, they took on the role of Teamcoördinator Healthcare & Business service consultant, where they led a team and facilitated services for healthcare clients. In January 2020, they became the Head of Business Consultancy, focusing on the development and enhancement of TOPdesk's service offerings.

Following that, they enrolled at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2007 to 2011. Anne obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in HBO Facility Management, specializing in Vrije Tijd & Toerisme. Additionally, in 2010-2011, they completed a Minor HBO in Human Resource Management from the same university.
