Felix Heintz

Project Manager at TOPdesk

Felix Heintz began their work experience in 2005 as a Systemadministrator freelancer at ZDF. In 2008, they joined TOPdesk as a Consultant and later became a Data Protection Officer in November 2009. In 2016, they were promoted to Team Leader and also took on the role of Branch Manager Augsburg. Since January 2018, they have been working as a Project Manager at TOPdesk, and their employment with the company is ongoing.

Felix Heintz completed their education at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a degree in Diplom-Kaufmann in the field of Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Data Protection Officer from IHK in November 2009, and as a Diplom-Kaufmann from Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz in November 2007. Felix also holds certifications in ITIL V3 Foundation from TÜV Süd, and PRINCE2 Foundation from SERVIEW, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not mentioned.
