Jacqueline van Burgsteeden started their work experience in 2016 at Lapland Safaris Ltd. as a Guide. Jacqueline then joined Cascara Events in 2016 as a Barista/trainer until 2017. In 2017, they joined TOPdesk as an IT Service Management Consultant and later transitioned to the role of Business Unit Marketeer in September 2019.

Jacqueline van Burgsteeden's education history begins with their enrollment at 't Hooghe Landt College from 2001 to 2007, where they completed their VWO degree in Economie & Maatschappij, with a focus on Management & Organisatie and Drama. Following this, they attended HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, with a minor in Charismatic Leadership and a specialization in Tourism & Leisure.

In 2010, Jacqueline briefly attended Utrecht University, where they studied Inleiding Communicatie & Informatiewetenschappen, but did not complete a degree before transitioning to Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2011 to 2013. At VU Amsterdam, they pursued a Master's degree in Policy, Communication & Organization.

In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a VIP 1-on-1 Maatwerk SEO - SEA - Google Analytics certification from WeLoveTraffic.nl - SEO, Online Marketing & WordPress Cursussen in October 2021. Additionally, they completed the Volledige Basiscursus WordPress from the same institution in June 2021.
