Julieanne Jiang

Julieanne Jiang has a diverse range of work experience. Julieanne currently works as a Digital Marketing Coordinator at TOPdesk, starting in March 2021. Previously, they were a Social Media Marketing Intern at the University of Melbourne from April 2021 to December 2021. In this role, they were responsible for content creation, scheduling, and social media campaign optimization.

Prior to that, Julieanne worked as a Customer Service Consultant at Link Group (LNK) from October 2019 to March 2021, where they provided excellent customer service and communicated information regarding superannuation products and services. Julieanne also worked as a Global Student Talent Accelerator Business Consultant at The Eczema Association of Australasia Inc from November 2020 to December 2020, where they developed a social media strategy to improve member engagement.

Julieanne has also gained experience in retail, working at Sunglass Hut as both a Store Manager from March 2018 to April 2019 and a Sales Associate from September 2017 to March 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Receptionist at Tax Today Australia from May 2017 to December 2017, providing excellent customer service and managing appointment bookings.

In 2017, Julieanne participated in the Austern International 30 Under 30 Career Bootcamp, where they gained insight into Hong Kong's business culture and developed entrepreneurial skills. Julieanne also served as a Vacationer at PwC in July 2016, assisting in the compilation of documents and tax returns while working with the Corporate Tax team.

Julieanne completed their high school education at the International School Suva, where they earned High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. Additionally, Julieanne earned the Duke Of Edinburgh- Silver Award from The Duke of Edinburgh's Award in December 2014.
