Kayleigh Noordijk has a list of diverse work experiences that showcase their skills in marketing automation, online communications, and administrative roles. Kayleigh began their career as a Brand Ambassador for J.u.i.c.e. Promotions in 2011 and later worked as a Direct Sales Representative for AmigoAmigo in 2015. Kayleigh also gained experience as a Marketing & Productions Intern at CityFilm B.V. In 2015, they briefly held the role of Administrative Officer at Parnassia.

In the same year, Kayleigh was an Administrative Assistant at Up2Learn Taaltrajecten, where they created and maintained a student administration system while optimizing operational processes. Kayleigh then worked on a promotions campaign for the municipality of The Hague as a Promotions Specialist at The Crazy Ones B.V.

Kayleigh further developed their marketing skills as an Online Marketing Intern at Balanzs, where they focused on customer retention campaigns and content creation. Kayleigh also interned as an Online Marketing intern at Oot Granola.

From 2017 to 2018, Kayleigh worked as a Freelancer, providing online strategy, social advertising, copywriting, and content creation services to clients. Kayleigh also collaborated with various brands on their personal blog.

Since 2018, Kayleigh has been with TOPdesk, initially starting as a Consultant before transitioning into their current role as a Marketing Automation Specialist. In this position, they are responsible for global coordination of marketing automation using HubSpot Marketing Hub. Kayleigh works on workflow automations, lead nurturing, optimizing landing pages and email campaigns, data segmentation, and personalization. Kayleigh is also part of the Conversion Rate Optimization team, focused on converting website visitors and database leads into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).

Kayleigh Noordijk has a diverse education history. Kayleigh began their academic journey in 2005 at Lyceum Ypenburg, where they pursued a HAVO degree with a focus on Culture & Society. After graduating in 2010, they attended De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained their Bachelor of European Studies degree in International Business and Communications.

Seeking further education, Kayleigh enrolled at Athens University of Economics and Business in 2013 as part of the Erasmus Exchange Programme. During their time there, they specialized in Business Policy & Strategy. Kayleigh then returned to the Netherlands and joined Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2016, pursuing a Pre-Master degree in Media Studies. The following year, they continued their studies at the same university, completing their Master of Arts degree in Media & Business in 2018.

Kayleigh's commitment to lifelong learning is evident in their additional certifications. In 2017, they obtained the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google, showcasing their expertise in analytics. In 2019, they further enhanced their skills by acquiring the HubSpot Inbound Marketing certification from HubSpot.

With their thirst for knowledge still unquenched, Kayleigh plans to enroll in Beeckestijn Business School in 2022 to pursue a Postgraduate Degree in Marketing Automation & Campaign Management, expanding their skillset even further.
