Ozan Altuntas has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions.
Ozan started their career at Mobile & Fashion City in 2013, working as a Verkoopmedewerker for four months.
In the same year, they also worked at OVL (Ondersteuning voor Leerlingen) as a Cito les/Huiswerkbegeleiding/Lesgeven, where they provided Cito preparation lessons to students in grades 7 and 8, and offered homework guidance and social skills learning to elementary school students.
In 2016, they joined De Winter Logistics as a Stagiair HRM/Internship HRM, where they researched and implemented a new e-HRM software for the company. This involved translating the company's digitalization needs to different stakeholders both within and outside the company, as well as creating various analytical and procedural documents.
Altuntas then joined TOPdesk in 2017 as an Accountmanager binnendienst, a role they held until 2018. Following that, they transitioned to the position of Accountmanager buitendienst Lokale Overheid, where they worked until September 2019. In August 2019, they became a Business Development Manager, focusing on building new partnerships and opportunities for the company. In November 2019, they were promoted to Sales Manager Lokale Overheid & Zorg, responsible for sales activities in the public sector and healthcare industry. In November 2021, Altuntas took on the role of Sales Manager Nederland, and in January 2022, they became the Business Unit Director Local Government.
Ozan Altuntas completed their education in a chronological order. Ozan first attended Het Groen van Prinstererlyceum from 2005 to 2012, where they obtained a VWO degree with a focus on Economics and Social Sciences. After that, they enrolled at Leiden University and pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from 2012 to 2015. Finally, they continued their education at Leiden University, earning a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Social & Organizational Psychology from 2016 to 2017.
