Becky Hoferer

Becky Hoferer has over 25 years of experience in the public service and retail sectors. Currently serving as an AV Processor at the Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library since September 1998, Becky is responsible for processing audio-visual materials for public circulation, while also having contributed as a Shelving Assistant. Prior experience includes working as a Front End Coordinator at Dillon's food store (Kroger owned) from May 1994 to November 2004, where management of cashiers, customer interactions, and employee scheduling were key responsibilities. Education includes studies at TUMI-Topeka from 2012 to 2016, University of Phoenix Online from 2009 to 2010, and Washburn University from 1993 to 1994, with a focus on general studies.
