Todd Smith has extensive experience in technology and administration, currently serving as a Computer Technician at Topeka & Shawnee County Public Library since October 2014. Prior to this role, Todd managed household responsibilities as a Stay-at-Home Dad from 2013 to 2014 and worked as a Network Administrator at Capital City Bank in Topeka from August 2008 to December 2013.
