Joe Tuan is the CEO and founder of Topflight Apps. Joe has over ten years of experience in the tech industry, including previously working as a web developer for HealClick and being on the board of directors for The Blue Ribbon Foundation. Joe has a passion for helping others and uses their expertise in technology to create apps that improve people's lives. Joe is dedicated to their work and is always looking for new ways to innovate and improve their products.

Joe Tuan received a BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Joe then went on to earn a Master's degree in Health Policy & Management from the University of California, Berkeley, Goldman School of Public Policy.
