Kanyanin Burapachanok

Kanyanin Burapachanok serves as the Director of People & Culture at Topgolf Thailand, overseeing recruitment and cultural initiatives for the venue's launch in Southeast Asia while managing outsourced services. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at The Naka Island, A Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, where Kanyanin led change initiatives during the COVID pandemic, and as Assistant to the Director of Human Resources at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen's Park, supporting HR operations for a large property. Kanyanin's earlier roles include HR management positions at JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa and training roles at Le Meridien Chiang Mai and Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa. Kanyanin holds a Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Prince of Songkhla University.
