Ilan Budman

Ilan Budman has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. ilan is currently working as the Director of Engineering at TopGum Industries Ltd., where they are responsible for designing and supporting the construction of a new pharma grade gummy supplement facility. Prior to this, Ilan worked as a Design and Validation Project Manager at GSAP, where they managed projects and collaborated with cross-functional teams. ilan also has experience as an Engineering Manager at Phoenicia Flat Glass Industries Ltd, where they supervised the engineering team and implemented cost reduction projects. Ilan has previously worked as an Engineering Project Manager at Keter, where they focused on enhancing production efficiency and managing the transfer of new products from R&D to production. ilan also has experience as a Senior Project Manager and Engineering Manager at Dexcel Pharma, where they managed large scale engineering projects and established and managed engineering teams. Ilan started their career at Vitamed Pharma as a Plant Engineer, where they were responsible for equipment changes and providing technical support to QA and Production department. ilan also worked as an Engineering Manager and Maintenance Engineer at Gadot Biochemical Industries, where they gained experience in designing and maintaining plant facilities.

Ilan Budman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, completing their studies from 1985 to 1988. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Energy Supervisor from Western Galilee College in 1996 and in Business Management for Engineers from the University of Haifa in 1995.
