Gavin Clancy

Gavin Clancy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Gavin started their career with Oakgreen Construction in November 2015, where they worked as a Foreman/Joiner. In this role, they supervised the fit-out of new gyms, ordered materials, organized sub-contractors, and ensured site health and safety. Gavin excelled in customer relations and completed all works within the allotted time frame. Gavin worked with Oakgreen Construction until January 2017.

In 2017, Gavin joined TopHat, a modular housing company. Gavin initially worked as a Process Engineer from April 2017 to July 2018. In this role, they were responsible for various manufacturing processes.

From July 2018 to August 2019, Gavin served as a Cell Manager at TopHat. Gavin managed production staff in manufacturing the full range of TopHat products, utilizing software, design innovation, and supply chain logistics.

Next, Gavin took on the role of Technical Support Lead at TopHat from August 2019 to October 2020. During this period, they provided technical support to the organization and contributed to its operations.

In October 2020, Gavin was promoted to Manufacturing Engineering Manager at TopHat. In this role, they contributed to the company's manufacturing operations and management.

Finally, in October 2021, Gavin assumed the position of Head of Technical at TopHat. As the Head of Technical, they oversee technical aspects within the company, contributing to its overall success.

Gavin Clancy attended Warrington Collegiate from 1994 to 1998, where they earned an NVQ Level 3 degree in Carpentry/Carpenter.
