Steve Fowler

Steve Fowler has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Steve is currently the Operations Director at TopHat, a position they started in January 2022. Prior to that, they were the Commercial Director at Burrington Estates Limited from July 2020 to December 2021. From January 2017 to June 2020, they held the same role at Barratt Homes. Before that, they were the Commercial Director at Avant Homes from March 2015 to December 2016. Steve also served as the Commercial Director at Taylor Wimpey plc from July 2004 to February 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Business Process Manager at Taylor Woodrow Developments for two years and as a Senior Development Estimator at John Laing Homes for five years. Steve began their career as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Tarmac Contract Housing in 1988 and then moved on to work as a Quantity Surveyor at BRYANT HOMES LIMITED.

Steve Fowler attended Lawrence Sheriff Grammar School, although it is unclear when they started and whether or not they completed their studies there. Later, from 1993 to 1995, they studied Quantity Surveying at the University of Central England, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSC) Hons degree.
