Kaiqian Guo

Kaiqian Guo has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. They began their career at eBay as an Account Manager in 2005 and held this position for over 12 years. In 2018, they joined Smart Bay as the Operation Director, responsible for overall operations management. After that, they worked as the Merchant Policy Manager at Zhejiang Executive Information Technology Co., Ltd. in 2019. In 2020, they transitioned to Payoneer as a Senior Customer Success Manager and later moved on to become a Customer Solutions Sales Manager at 4kmiles in the same year. Currently, Kaiqian Guo is working as a Business Development Manager at Tophatter since June 2021.

Kaiqian Guo completed an MBA from the Business School Netherland in 2019. Prior to this, from 2001 to 2004, Kaiqian Guo attended the Shanghai Publishing and Printing College, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Publishing Business.
