Arpit Pradhan

Arpit Pradhan has extensive experience in account management and talent acquisition, currently serving as an Associate Account Manager at TopHire.co since June 2022. Earlier roles include Talent Acquisition Associate, focusing on client hiring needs, and an Account Management Intern at The Debating Society, DDUC, where management of over 100 members was a key responsibility. Arpit also contributed to the Entrepreneurship Development Cell at Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College as Head of Public Relations, successfully leading an All-India Collaboration program and organizing events with over 50 societies. Additionally, Arpit interned at SK Children Foundation, initiating the Campus Ambassador Program and supporting underprivileged children. Arpit holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors from the University of Delhi.
