Alex King has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They started their career in 2010 as a Laboratory Technician at Washoe County, State of Nevada, where they executed tests and analyzed virus activity data. Following this, Alex worked as an Office Manager at Emerge Acupuncture, improving practice workflow and managing inventory. They then served as a Cafe Manager at QED COFFEE LLC, where they established protocols and oversaw daily operations.

In 2014, Alex transitioned into freelance web development, providing services to clients in business and commerce. They handled web management, security, and delivered responsive websites. In 2017, Alex joined Matrix Multiplier Consulting as a Quality Assurance Consultant, executing testing and creating detailed documentation for client development teams.

In 2019, Alex took on the role of a Teaching Assistant at Lambda School, mentoring students in full stack web development and conducting code reviews.
