Miriam Chavez

Miriam Chavez is an experienced professional in sustainability and operational excellence, currently serving as an Analista de Proyectos de Sostenibilidad y Excelencia Operacional at Topitop since May 2021, where leadership in the Lean MEX project implementation has enhanced production efficiency by 5% through digitalization efforts. Prior to this role, Miriam worked at Itessa as an Analista de proyecto, contributing to the validation of an innovative long fiber shaking machine project under the Programa Innóvate Perú, alongside technical report development and quality validation. Miriam's academic background includes a current Diplomado Internacional in Gestión de la Sostenibilidad en las Organizaciones from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, and a Bachelor's degree in Ingeniería Textil y Confecciones from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. Additionally, Miriam is pursuing further education at the National University of Engineering.
